Each year Macias Consulting chooses a charity to partner with. During 2020, we partnered with the Cancer Council via The Longest Day Fundraiser (14 December 2020) to support their efforts in preventing cancer, provide innovative work in cancer research, prevention and support.  

 

Cancer Council was chosen specifically, as Eric’s father, George and his dear friend Courtney both lost their battles to cancer in 2020.  The longest day challenge was a full day on the golf course, playing 72 holes over 12+ hours and was an opportunity to sponsor our team to raise funds for Cancer Council’s services.    

 

Eric teamed up with a corporate client in 2020 and as a team raised over $8,500, with Macias Consulting directly contributing $2,500 to the cause. We thank you for joining us in our fundraising efforts and look forward to your support for future fundraisers benefitting the community we serve.
